Chocolate Twist

Our chocolate torsade pastry is made of thinly rolled out buttery layers of croissant dough. Filled with creamy vanilla custard and chocolate chips, it’s expertly hand-twisted into an elegant shape. Baked to perfection, it comes out of the oven golden brown, flaky on the outside and richly soft on the inside.
