Our freshly baked apple pocket, a classic French pastry known as “Chausson aux Pommes”, is a heavenly delight.
Wrapped in a flaky, golden-brown butter pastry, it is generously filled with a fruit puree and tender caramel-cinnamon spiced apple chunks.
